U.S. HealthWorks Urgent Care at 3140 Balfour Road Suites C, Brentwood, California.

I walked in to this place with a sinus infection bc the sign said Urgent Care Walkins Welcomed. I told the woman behind the desk I was hoping to be seen bc I had a child with me and didn’t want to wait an hour at John Muir. She took my insurance card and told me what my copay was. I filled out all the paperwork and then waited for 50 minutes. She then called me up to tell me they don’t accept BCBS of IL only BCBS of CA. She didn’t realize I had IL until she went to enter me in their system, 50 minutes later!

If your appointment is at 1pm don't expect to be seen until an hour after waiting in the lobby
