Dr. Arlene Cotas was a customer of mine. She owned another practice in Hayward as well as Brentwood. I serviced their equipment and sold them equipment and supplies. Dr. Cotas sold the hayward practice and just decided not to pay me the money she owes me. 9 thousand dollars is allot of money to me as I am a small business. I repeatedly tried to contact them by phone and email. I even drove to the brentwood office from the bay area. I also offered to waive ALL finance charges on her accounts if she paid her delinquent bills. They refuse to speak to me. Arlene Cotas is a thief who refuses to pay her bills. I have small children and a wife to support. My family had to move because we couldn't afford to pay our bills. What a horrible human being.
